요새 사고 싶은 안경이 하나 생겼습니다.
Anne et Valentin 이라는 프랑스 브랜드 인데 뿔떼가 참 이쁩니다.
호피무늬의 테인데 제가 본 뿔테중에서는 세련되면서도 감각있는테 같아서 지르고 싶네요~ ㅋㅋ

After spotting Steve Wozniak's bad-ass "I could cut steak with this thing" metal business card on Cult of Mac, I believe I managed to track down the company that makes them. Judging by the background of their sample photos, it seems the card came from U.K.-based PlasmaDesign, which produces and sells stainless steel business cards in the U.S. and the U.K.
The cards are created through a combination of photochemical etching and good ol' cutting (we assume stamping), depending on the design, and if regular stainless steel etched into two shades is too boring for you, PlasmaDesign can also tint the metal into seven different shades using a complicated process called electrophoresis, which I could not adequately explain to you if I had a gun to my head.
The salient selling points of a metal business card are that they stand out and that recipients are presumably less likely to throw them away, but I wonder two things: 1) What is the environmental impact, vs. paper cards, and 2) Do these things set off airport metal detectors?

Liberty and Staircase by designer Danny Kuo are the two pieces in hi graduation work from the Design Academy Eindhoven, which was exhibited at the Graduation show 2010 during Dutch Design Week.
Staircase
Building vertically saves space as it uses minimal ground square meters. When it comes to interior design, the same rule can be applied. By focusing on height rather than width, efficient storage designs can be created. Even though this would be more efficient, it does create the problem of making this height accessible. Staircase is a shelving unit that combines a bookshelf with a pullout stair system in the bottom three shelves. The shelving unit is 2.6 meters high and the top shelves are accessible by using the bottom shelves as steps for accessing the higher shelves.

Current developments in the lighting industry are changing the way lamps are designed. From the familiar light bulb to fluorescent lamp to LED to OLED. Especially LED and OLED bring freedom, flexibility and adaptability for new lighting. To Danny, minimum size and the related flexibility are most inspiring and interesting.
But how can we benefit from these new qualities? Danny Kuo has designed a lamp that is dynamic and which is functional in different situations. The lamp’s light angle is able to adjust up to 180 degrees and the dimmer offers adjustabilty of the light intensity. These improvements in flexibility make the lamp adaptable for the different contexts of the space in which the lamp is used.
